Spring 2 Topic- Out and About
Understanding the World
As part of our Out and About topic this half term the children have enjoyed creating their own maps based on the story of 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt'. We included all the locations described in the story (Long wavy grass, deep cold river, thick oozy mud, big dark forest, swirling whirling snowstorm and a narrow gloomy cave). We then followed our maps on our own bear hunt around the school grounds.
