Mental Health and Wellbeing

Taking care of your mind and body is really important. Being a parent can be amazing but it can also be challenging. You may feel worried or anxious about your finances or job, your health or those close to you. Perhaps you feel bored, frustrated or lonely. It's important to remember that it's OK to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently.

Remember, for most of us, these feelings will pass. There are things you can do now to help you keep on top of your mental wellbeing and cope with how you may feel. Make sure you get further support if you feel you need it.

There are people in school who can help you, listen to you and help signpost you to the right agency for additional support. Please speak to Mrs Meek if you would like some help or advice.

If you are worried about your child's mental wellbeing we have staff in school that can help – all you need to do is ask!
